On a serene day in July, the world lost a remarkable soul and gained a guardian angel. Zackery Justin Ferrin, affectionately known as "Shorty" to those closest to him, left behind a legacy that will forever be etched in hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Zack's journey on this earth began on January 23, 2001, in the picturesque city of Ogden, UT. From an early age, it was evident Zack possessed a magnetic charm and an unwavering spirit that would guide him through the adventures of life.

After graduating from Morgan High School in 2019, Zack embarked on a distinguished career with Tukios, dedicating three decades of his life to his work before retiring. His dedication and work ethic were unparalleled, leaving a lasting impact on all those he encountered.

While his professional achievements were noteworthy, it was Zack's personal qualities that truly defined him. Described as easygoing yet fiercely loving, Zack had a heart big enough to encompass everyone around him. His gentle nature and unyielding determination served as a beacon of light for friends and family alike.

Zack found solace and joy in various hobbies and interests. From the adrenaline rush of sports like football, soccer, and golf during his high school days to the creative outlets of drawing and cinematography, he embraced each moment with passion and enthusiasm.

Tragically, on July 5, 2024, Zackery Justin Ferrin departed this world peacefully in his home in Morgan, UT, surrounded by loved ones who cherished him deeply. In his memory, he leaves behind a loving wife, Lauren Ferrin; adoring sons Beau and Oliver Ferrin; beloved daughters Lennon and Raleigh Ferrin; devoted brothers Jayson and Tyson Ferrin.

In the embrace of heaven above, Zack now joins his father Justin Ferrin and mother Aimee Ferrin whose love will continue to guide him in eternity.

A ceremonial event to honor Zack's life will take place at North Ogden Park in North Ogden for those who wish to pay their respects on July 31st from 7:00 AM till 9:00 AM as he is laid to rest.

Zackery Justin Ferrin - a son, brother, husband, father - his light may have dimmed on earth but shines eternally in the hearts of those who knew him best. May his legacy inspire us all to live with kindness and unwavering determination as he did every day of his remarkable life.
