Mariah Veeren

Mariah Veeren, born on June 9, 1992, and who departed this world on the same day, will be profoundly missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing her. Mariah's life, though brief, was filled with numerous accomplishments and cherished moments that highlighted her character and spirit.

Having earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from XYZ University, Mariah’s academic journey was distinguished by excellence, culminating in receiving the Outstanding Academic Achievement award in 2010. Following her education, she dedicated 15 years to a successful career as a marketing manager for XYZ Corporation. Mariah oversaw several product launches that garnered attention and accolades, notably receiving the Marketing Achievement Award in 2015 for her innovative approach and leadership in marketing.

Known for her kind and welcoming nature, Mariah had a remarkable ability to make others feel at ease in her presence. Her great sense of humor left a lasting impression on colleagues and friends alike, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere wherever she went.

Mariah had a profound love for her family, cherishing the time spent with them, especially during holidays. Thanksgiving was a particular favorite, where she would share her culinary talent by making her famous apple pie. This tradition reflected not only her love for family gatherings but also her passion for creating joyful memories through food.

Beyond her professional and familial commitments, Mariah was an avid collector of rare books. She spent countless hours scouring bookstores and auctions, eagerly seeking new finds to enrich her collection. This hobby provided her with endless joy and a deep appreciation for literature.

Mariah is survived by her sister, Sarah Johnson; her brother-in-law, Tom Johnson; and her close friend, Rachel Lee. She joins her beloved family members who have preceded her in death: her mother, Susan Smith; her father, John Smith Sr.; and her brother, James Smith.
